I love to cook for my family and friends and I most enjoy sharing the beautiful bounty of Jamaica with others. Although I’ve lived in New York City for many year, there’s still nothing better than sipping a rum punch and playing some good music while I set up for a dinner party. My Jamaican roots have always been important to me and my food is strongly influenced by the flavors and spices of my island home— I’d like nothing better than to share my favorite drinks, dishes, cooks and books with you.
